Phoronix-test-suite Benchmarking

The containerized version of the Phoronix Test Suite Gromacs benchmark is currently available in the Community Containers for testing. This testing is currenlty specific for CPU.

You can pull the Phoronix-test-suite container for Gromacs using Singularity,

singularity pull gitlab.rc.uab.edu:4567/rc-data-science/community-containers/phoronix-test-suite-benchmarking

To run the benchmark use the following command,

singularity run phoronix-test-suite-benchmarking_latest.sif phoronix-test-suite batch-benchmark gromacs-1.6.0
