This project is dedicated to using various linear and nonlinear machine learning algorithms to create a model of cortical thickness as a function of various anatomic and retinotopic properties in early visual cortex.
Change the workflow structure so cv is performed at all smoothing levels and final models are built from that. Reduced the number of combinations for the hyperparameter grid search drastically based on previous experience
