Update readme to show what development patterns are expected for concrete presentations

This template is an abstraction intended to simplify maintenance. It is made to be forked to this same project space to create concrete, specific presentations. Here are the expectation for content developers.

1. Fork this repo to the same namespace this repo is in (right now that is RC Data Science / Researcher Training).
2. Fork the newly created repo to your personal namespace.
3. Follow the sync-branch-merge pattern used in the docs repo to update the concrete repos.
