Add SSO feature to XDMoD deploy and test for compatibility with existing config

Create a GitLab issue to track the deployment of XDMoD with SSO via the OHPC cluster in adherence to release engineering principles. The deployment should include setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) for user authentication.
