Add vlan 2064 to rc firewall

Add vlan 2064 (OpenStack Dev OAM) as a routable interface to the rc firewall.

It should function as a default route the same as the other OpenStack OAM networks (vlans 2060 and 2063)

What is the IP / Subnet for this VLAN?

Can I use x.x.x.1 for the router address?

CIDR: 192.168.25.0/24

Yes to the router, and all the other config should be like 2060 & 2063
