Setup slurm partitions _groupA, _groupB and configure job routing to different partitions via job submit plugin.

This may prove helpful: https://slurm.schedmd.com/archive/slurm-18.08.9/job_submit_plugins.html. I'm thinking this is the only way (in our version) to capture not only sbatch scripts, but also srun and salloc requests and route them appropriately.
