Hiding Rstudio modules from users on Cheaha

Users are using module avail rstudio and loading the recent modules to work with the R environment. We do not recommend this method, as it may cause issues with package conflicts and C++ linking errors. We recommend using the OOD RStudio server or loading the recent R modules that start with R/, which have an updated toolchain.
