Prepare for OpenStack shutdown
During the move, the OpenStack cluster will be unavailable. Our ssh proxy and http proxy for cheaha are built on top of OpenStack. That means, the gpfs5 users will not be able to access the cheaha cluster via proxy.
We need to open login006 for those users.
Using VPN for off campus access will be needed.
OOD for gpfs5 will be offline.
