Document how to setup an A/B cluster via split filesystem on CoD

Provide documentation for a new user to setup an A/B cluster on CoD.

• Document the process for setting up a split file system for the A-side and B-side on an ad hoc cluster. This helps us in setting up a test cluster that reflects on-going effort to upgrade the Filesystem on Cheaha from GPFS4 to GPFS5
