Standardize `/data/project/` allocations

We have some /data/project/ allocations that are not aligned with policies, or have unusual features.

  • hartmanlab - Integer user owner 2060, group has no members.
  • szaflarski_mirman - Owner is melissathye@gmail.com suggesting a XIAS user owns the space.
  • lulab and luzhoucollab share an owner ruilu. I suspect the second allocation should have yangzhou as the owner, but we need to check.
  • CIRC_NBI and U_BDS share an owner lianov. She has previously made a request to merge these allocations. RITM0683804
  • bioitx, GBM_PDX, RA2_DREAM, ubrite are all owned by jelaiw. I suspect this is a matter of convenience.
  • aghi and hcgs are both owned by dkcrossm. I suspect this is a matter of convenience.
  • leallab and kimberly-cser are owned by curtish. I suspect this is a matter of convenience.
  • EMemRE and goodmanlab are owned by amgood. I suspect the first is a core or similar.
  • bioinfx and porrettlab are owned by afr. I suspect this is convenience.

Use stat -c "%U %n" -- /data/project/* | sort to find owner duplicates. I note we will need to take care to add suffixes like -core to cores and -lab to labs, to avoid confronting cases with allowed duplicate owners.

As we look to resolve these, we will need to track the final state in https://uab.app.box.com/file/1235263123410
