Split CRI_XCBC group vars all into different environments

To avoid conflict when merging dev branch into prod branch, put all prod specific changes into a different file, e.g. group_vars/prod.

From the output, we can see the group_vars/prod was used in the pipeline.

Thus, I guess we can say the PR works as expected.
