Globus Guest Collection transfer to GPFS5 Mapped Collection

Problem

Guest Collections on GPFS4 Mapped Collections are not on GPFS5 Mapped Collection.

Solution

Migrate the Guest Collections.

Use a Python script and the Globus SDK to migrate Guest Collections.
