Assign a 172.20.0.0/16 address for virtual login node to interact with the GPFS4 NFS server.

The virtual login node in prod would need a 172.20.0.0/16 address for it to interact with GPFS4 nfs server, gpfs.rc.uab.edu

This Floating IP is associated to the virtual login node via extra_vars at run time during ansible-playbook execution. Provide this value in the pipeline vars

We provided this value in the pipeline via extra_vars pipeline var and were able to access the paths exported by the GPFS4 NFS server.
