Update port where account app is hosted in http proxy config

After http-proxy deployed, we are not able to access account app.

After investigation, we found it's because the port we try to communicate to is wrong. We have been using port 80 in all dev and staging environments. However, in prod ood node, login005, it's running on port 8001. It's because we had old and new account app running at the same time so we had to use a different port for the new app which later become our main account app.

added Sprint 25-02 label and removed Backlog label
