default module with slurm on login-gpfs5

Error message on login-gpfs5:

Lmod has detected the following error:  The following module(s) are unknown: "slurm/slurm"

Please check the spelling or version number. Also try "module spider ..."
It is also possible your cache file is out-of-date; it may help to try:
  $ module --ignore-cache load "slurm/slurm"

Also make sure that all modulefiles written in TCL start with the string #%Module

Executing this command requires loading "slurm/slurm" which failed while processing the following

The ml av slurm command shows that the available module is listed as slurm/18.08.9 under /cm/shared/modulefiles. The slurm/slurm module reference in the extra_vars configuration caused the issue due to the incorrect module path.

However in the staging env, the module slurm is not available.
