Separate account app from OOD node

Since RabbitMQ agents rely on the cmsh commands to function we need to deploy the account app and rmq agents together. However, we can separate OOD from the account app and deploy them separately in two different VMs. Currently, they are both deployed in the same VM where OOD is deployed.
