Acceptance test script/playbook before cutover

Let's just accumulate tasks that we should do as acceptance tests after instance is deployed and before cutover.

OOD:

• open job composer page (slack conversation), making sure nfsv4 was used
• open account app, making sure account app running on ood node is working correctly, util we move account app out of ood node
• start an interactive app, making sure munge is installed and configured correctly
• start shell app, making sure shell app default host is setup correctly
• open files page, making sure all defined paths are showing correctly

• start account app, making sure routing rule is point to the correct host for account app
