Create a knightly OOD instance on the gpfs5 side

The ood-knightly instance currently deployed mounts the GPFS4 filesystem and uses login004 for the OOD shell app. We need to deploy a new instance that mounts the GPFS5 filesystem and uses login006 for the OOD shell app.

It can be achieved by following the same process we use currently i.e. the ood-knightly pipeline. The variables related to mountpoints and login_host need to be changed in the pipeline.

We need to decide if we are going to have two instances of OOD-knightly, one for each of the GPFS4 side and the GPFS5 side. Remember to make changes in the http-proxy instance to route the users appropriately, if we decide to have two instances.
