Research the build time differences between xdmod and xdmod-dev project

Building and deploying xdmod images on 2 different OpenStack projects, xdmod and xdmod-dev, is taking different time duration.

For eg.

On xdmod takes ~30 min https://gitlab.rc.uab.edu/rc/ohpc-packer/-/pipelines/8622

On xdmod-dev takes ~9 min https://gitlab.rc.uab.edu/rc/ohpc-packer/-/pipelines/8619

Can we add this line to the gitlab runners ansible config file ? may be /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg because we want readable logs across all the builds and deploys.

callbacks_enabled = timer, debug, profile_roles, profile_tasks, minimal

It will print the ansible logs in a more readable format and also give timestamps for each role on when it started and a summary at the end on the run time of each role.

We might also have to add this line if it is not already present.

We decided we should be building the xdmod images in the xdmod-dev project where the builds are faster and move them to the xdmod project.

We believe the delay has to do with the router we have in the xdmod project.

PS: There was a workaround that was proposed to circumvent an issue with the creation of new routers in openstack project space but we could just build xdmod in the dev project and then move it to xdmod project which is production space.
