Syntax error in CRI_Cluster_Monitor during xdmod CI build.

There is syntax error that needs to be resolved in CRI_Cluster_Monitor playbook/plays which is causing the packer build in CI pipeline to fail. It runs the CRI_XCBC roles and stops when it enters the execution of CRI_Cluster_Monitor roles.
