Project 'rc/packer-openstack-hpc-image' was moved to 'rc/hpc-factory'. Please update any links and bookmarks that may still have the old path.
Create template for the ldap nslcd.conf
Currently the file nslcd.conf is from S3 bucket. Make it a template so that we can control enabling the ssl part in the config based on the URI ldap:/// vs ldaps:///.
