Install Lmod on the compute image

We need to install LMOD on compute images to load modules on virt cnode.

We already have a role for it in CRI_XCBC, we just need to set it up so that it runs in the image build

We have to decide on how we can bring CRI_XCBC role into current packer build code. We decided last week to go with a submodule solution. CRI_XCBC will be a submodule to packer-openstack-hpc-image
