Set image property for future reference

    Include commit as OpenStack image custom property for future reference.

    Currently I can think of the following for reference:

    • CRI_XCBC_dev, HEAD of our upstream development branch
    • CRI_XCBC_prod, HEAD of our production branch
    • PACKER_IMAGE_HEAD, HEAD of pipeline repo
