Debug the ssh issue after running pam-slurm and nfs-mounts role.

After running the pam_slurm_adopt and nfs-mounts roles in the build the next ansible provisioner step or next build process errors out with a connection refused error.

Either these two roles need to be run as a part of deploy step or use another method or debug the root cause of the issue.
