Update readme for getting started steps specific to vm-factory

We need getting started documentation that takes the user through the process of forking vm-factory (subclassing and optionally renaming) and then deploying the default image (blank vm). The documentation should then show how they can add their own packages to their vm-factory and see the results when they redeploy.
