Add OOD proxy node deployment to CI/CD pipeline

- Introduce new job 'deploy_ood_proxy_node' in deploy stage
- Create OOD proxy server using existing OOD image
- Attach proxy to knightly network
- Assign floating IP to proxy instance
- Store proxy instance ID as artifact for potential future use
- Update variables section with OOD proxy related configurations
