Add OOD proxy node deployment to CI/CD pipeline

• Introduce new job 'deploy_ood_proxy_node' in deploy stage
• Create OOD proxy server using existing OOD image
• Attach proxy to knightly network
• Assign floating IP to proxy instance
• Store proxy instance ID as artifact for potential future use
• Update variables section with OOD proxy related configurations
