Feat module usage tracking
Add module usage tracking feature into cluster.
lmod_db role will be run on master, where MySQL is installed.
lmod_user role will be run on all other nodes, e.g. compute nodes and login nodes.
Scheduled downtime for Gitlab - Monday, November 24, 2025 @ 1700 thru 1800 Central
Gitlab will be down for maintenance as we migrate the storage to new hardware.
