Set default location for split-file-info output

Matthew K Defenderfer requested to merge bugfix-set-splitfile-default-output-directory into rel_v0.1.1

Bugfix:

  • Set the default output location for split logfile to be in the same parent directory as the log itself. The default name of the directory is the same as the log file appended with .d.

Minor change:

  • Added -x option to split-info-file.sh to log commands used
