This MR merges the feat-hpc-factory branch, which was focused on building and deploying proxy images for the COD cluster.

Closes #225 (closed)

Built and configured SSH and HTTPD proxy images. Deployed proxy nodes in the COD cluster. Modified CI/CD pipeline for automated builds and deployments.
