Updated sshpiper_git_repo and sshpiper_version in $EXT_REPO_DIR/group_vars/all using sed to set the correct repository and version.

Closing this PR because these changes must have come via the extra_vars in packer. Currently, the vars in group_vars/all in CRI_XCBC point to sshpiper upstream. We don't need this anymore
