    Add CI feature in the repo: · 3ccc6979

    1) Create a CI file, to automate the build process for the XDMoD images.
2) Convert JSON files to HCL files (recommended by HAshicorps)
3) Update the submodule definition to newer commits.
4) Adding sed commands for LTS variables for IDP in CRI_Cluster_Monitor repo
    - Define the vars for LTS config in the packer repo
    - Add those vars to the packers shell provisioned using environment_vars
    - Add -E parameter to sudo for those messages to pass to the sudo command
    - Add dev-keys for all developers to be able to access the machine
