Lets user decide whether or not to keep the instance running and
related artifacts like generated SSH keys on the system when a
provisioner fails.

Remove shell provisioner setting env vars as they are already set as extra-vars in ansible provisioner

This will allow us to rerun the pipeline to test the PRs in external repos without
getting the `branch already exists` error. If the branch we are trying to create
already exists, it is reset and a new branch with the same name is created.

This allows testing submodule feature branches in builds and deploys by
abstracting the branch names that need to be checked out, into gitlab
CICD vars.

In this commit, I've introduced GitLab CI/CD variables to dynamically configure the 'ServerName' and 'trusted_url_domains' in the 'CRI_Cluster_Monitor/group_vars/all' file. The variables '$ServerName' and '$trusted_url_domains' are now used with 'sed' to update the configuration.

- Modified 'sed' command to update 'ServerName' with the value of '$ServerName'.
- Modified 'sed' command to update 'trusted_url_domains' with the value of '$trusted_url_domains'.
