Support_email variable

The variable should come from rcfg(rabbit_config).

@louistw Variable Support_email needs to be added to rabbit_config.py as well, for this MR to make sense. If you have already done so, can you post the relevant PR from that repo here as well.

Alternatively, and preferably in my view, we can just add this variable to mail_config template, and so anywhere, it was rcfg.Support_email, would just change to Support_email . Since we are just using this variable for this teemplatee, I'm not sure if we need to add it to rabbit_config file.

That's actually my original thought as well. Support_email is something only related to mail. Should stay in mail_config.

Alright, go ahead with that, and add Support_email variable to mail_config template. Also make sure every instance of rcfg.Support_email gets changed to Support_email
