WIP: Test of image based deploy for ohpc node

John-Paul Robinson requested to merge jpr/terraform-openstack:feat-ohpc-imagebased-deploy into master

Reference post standard build ohpc image snapshot "ohpc-alpha" that is taken after a normal ansible-based build once it reaches wwnodescan. Comment out all inline commands in the remote-exec sections to avoid steps already performed during original ansible-based image build.
